All merchandise is officially licensed and manufactured under authorized agreements between the manufactures, universities and colleges, or third party licensing representatives such as The Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) and The Licensing Resource Group. (LRG)

Merchandise subject to exchange or return should be sent to South Of The Red Returns 708 Baldwin Allen Tx 75013. For exchanges please insert a note with the style and size your would like to exchange.

Holiday orders placed between 11/1 and 12/31 may be exchanged through January 31, 2010.
- South Of The Red will accept returns on merchandise and clothing as long as it has not been opened, worn, washed, tags removed, or tampered within 30 days of purchase with copy of receipt. Return postage or shipping charges to South Of The Red is the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that you send your return by a method that you can track; South Of The Red is not responsible for lost or damaged goods in transit. South Of The Red will pay for standard ground shipping back to the customer in the event of a defective replacements only. Please note that returns are not eligible on custom, personalized, clearance, opened DVD's, opened CD's, opened video items, personal hygiene products, facial jewelry, or under garments. Dated material is not eligible for return such as calendars, rivalry and bowl merchandise, etc. unless there is a manufacturer defect or error.
- A handling fee of 5.99 will be accessed to the original order when exchanging merchandise.
- Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturer defect or store error. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service department at customerservice@southofthered.net within 10 days of purchase.
- When a promotion is used such as free shipping or reduced cost shipping there is a $5.99 handling fee accessed on returned merchandise and will be deducted from the original purchase amount.
- Credits are issued within 7 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise. Credit will be applied to the original credit card used.

Shipping Information

In the case the order is sent under the free shipping promotion and a item is returned bringing the total below the promotional price. Please note the shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Orders placed prior to 3:00 pm CST will be processed next business day. Please note Next Day processing (AKA Order Today - Ship Tomorrow Promotion) does not apply to Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Items that are sent direct from the manufacturer may take additional time for delivery and will be noted in the product description. The ship time provided by the manfacturer is a estimate and South Of The Red makes every effort to see that it'ss vendors honor the shipping times. South Of The Red cannot be held responsible for longer shipping times based products sent direct from the manufacturer.
If an item is not in stock, you will get a notice with the estimated time your order will be shipped.

Shipping options: FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Due to licensing restrictions we are unable to ship international.

Large, heavy, or bulky items may have additional shipping and handling charges and will be noted in the product description.

Due to higher shipping cost and fuel surcharges orders sent to Hawaii and Alaska will be sent by United States postal when the real time shipping costs exceed $7.99. Please note this will result in longer shipping times.

Sales tax of 8.25% will be applied for items shipped to a Texas address.

Guaranteed In Stock Program
- Should the South Of The Red product page indicate under the "QTY In Stock" section that we have product in house and we cannot fulfill the order due to inaccurate stock counts, South Of The red will issue a $5.00 gift card good for 90 days from the date the original order was placed. One gift card applies per order. South Of the Red may discontinue or alter this promotion without notice at any time. Please note promotion does not apply to clearance items.

Cancel an Order
Please contact us at customerservice@southofthered.net to cancel an order that has been processed but not shipped. Once the order has been shipped please refer to the Exchange and Return Policy.

Errors and Omissions

Should a product list an incorrect price due to typographical error or information sent to us by our suppliers, South Of The Red has the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. Should the credit card be already charged a credit will be issued to your account in the amount of the incorrect transaction. Many of the product descriptions are provided direct from the manufacturers and vendors, South Of The Red is not responsible for product description errors. Should you find a error please contact customerservice@southofthered.net as long as the product meets the exchange and return policy we will make our best effort to resolve the issue.

Project SOR

South Of The Red and LIG Companies, LLC. reserves the right to change or cancel Project SOR at any time without notice. Organizations who would like to qualify for this program must have a valid tax exempt ID. Cash back payouts are made on a quarterly basis made out to the group name on record and issued to the contact person on record. In order to get credit for your organization the drop down box must be selected at the time of checkout as the original order is placed. Cancelled orders and returned items will not qualify as part of the program. Cash back funds apply to product purchase only and do not apply to shipping or taxes collected and are not valid on the purchase of gift certificates.
